01Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service, together with any policies, rules, checkout terms, plan terms, guidelines, and service-specific notices that reference these Terms, form a legal agreement between you and Aethro.
“Aethro,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the operator of the Aethro systems and services. Aethro is operated from California, United States.
By accessing or using any Aethro service, creating an account, logging in with Discord, joining or using an Aethro Discord server, inviting an Aethro bot, listing a server, buying a subscription, using a dashboard, playing a game service, submitting a ticket, or otherwise interacting with our systems, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.
02Services Covered
These Terms apply to all Aethro systems and services, including but not limited to:
- Aethro.net and related Aethro websites, dashboards, panels, portals, and APIs;
- Resolve Bot, including Discord ticket bots, web dashboards, support tools, transcript systems, staff relays, billing systems, and premium features;
- TopMCServer, including server listings, voting tools, Discord integrations, guides, owner tools, listing management, and related services;
- Play Aethro, including Minecraft servers, Discord services, community systems, support systems, game-related events, and player services;
- Aethro Online, including websites, game services, account systems, Discord integrations, community tools, and related game features;
- Aethro-operated Discord bots, publishing tools, link handling, notifications, moderation systems, verification tools, and support integrations;
- Any future Aethro product, game, platform, bot, service, community, or tool that links to or references these Terms.
Some services may have additional rules, community guidelines, server rules, listing policies, billing terms, or feature-specific requirements. If service-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the more specific rule controls for that service unless stated otherwise.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Aethro services. Certain services, communities, game servers, payments, or platform integrations may require you to be older depending on applicable law, Discord rules, payment processor rules, or service-specific requirements.
If you use Aethro services on behalf of a Discord server, Minecraft server, business, organization, community, partnership, staff team, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You may not use our services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, Discord rules, payment processor rules, or any platform rules that apply to the service.
04Accounts, Login, and Access
Some Aethro services use Discord authentication, website accounts, game accounts, dashboard sessions, server ownership checks, staff role checks, or other access controls. You are responsible for keeping your accounts secure and for all activity that occurs through your accounts or authorized staff access.
We may use Discord account information, Discord user IDs, Discord guild IDs, permissions, roles, server ownership status, and related information to determine whether you may access or manage a service.
A user may be allowed to manage an Aethro integration for a Discord server if they own that Discord server, have administrator or server management permissions, are assigned management access by an authorized user, or are an Aethro platform administrator.
We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or remove access if we believe access was obtained improperly, creates risk, violates these Terms, violates platform rules, or is necessary to protect users, Aethro, Discord, or third parties.
05Discord and Third-Party Platforms
Many Aethro services integrate with Discord, Stripe, Minecraft servers, social platforms, hosting providers, domain providers, analytics tools, and other third-party services. Aethro is not owned, operated, endorsed, or controlled by Discord, Stripe, Mojang, Microsoft, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Premium App terms, Monetization Terms, and related policies. Your use of Stripe or other payment methods remains subject to those providers’ terms.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, permission changes, account suspensions, server removals, moderation actions, payment processor actions, platform policy changes, or other third-party events outside our reasonable control.
06Community and Game Services
Aethro may operate game servers, Discord communities, forums, listing platforms, support communities, events, and user-facing community spaces. These spaces may have their own rules, staff policies, moderation procedures, application systems, appeals processes, and role requirements.
You agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. We may moderate, remove, restrict, mute, warn, suspend, ban, or otherwise act against accounts, servers, listings, posts, tickets, messages, characters, or other activity when we believe it is necessary for safety, fairness, compliance, operations, or community health.
Staff decisions may be made at Aethro’s discretion. We are not required to provide access to any particular server, role, community, listing, account, feature, or appeal process.
07Resolve Bot
Resolve Bot provides Discord-based and web-based ticket management tools, including ticket panels, ticket buttons, departments, forms, Discord ticket channels, support relays, escalation routes, transcripts, ratings, dashboard controls, premium customization, and billing integrations.
Discord server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring their own ticket categories, departments, staff roles, escalation routes, forms, panels, relays, permissions, and support practices.
Aethro is not responsible for how your server staff respond to tickets, moderate users, handle reports, issue punishments, process appeals, resolve disputes, or communicate with your community.
Aethro platform administrators may access ticket configuration, logs, transcripts, billing states, bot install data, and related information where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, debug, support, enforce, or protect the service.
08TopMCServer
TopMCServer may provide Minecraft server listings, voting systems, server owner tools, Discord integrations, guides, listing management, promotional features, verification systems, analytics, and related services.
Server owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with applicable laws and platform rules, server content, community safety, claims made in listings, voting configurations, and any rewards or incentives offered through their servers.
We may remove, hide, restrict, demote, suspend, or reject listings that are fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, exploitative, spammy, inactive, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with TopMCServer rules or Aethro’s standards.
We may use automated and manual systems to detect spam, vote manipulation, abuse, botting, duplicate listings, misleading claims, or other conduct that harms the platform.
09Play Aethro
Play Aethro may include Minecraft servers, modded gameplay, events, Discord services, community tools, staff applications, support systems, player reports, donation or store integrations, and related game services.
Game access, characters, items, ranks, benefits, roles, progress, events, server rules, staff roles, and gameplay systems may change over time. We may reset, rebalance, modify, remove, or discontinue game systems when needed for operations, fairness, abuse prevention, development, or community health.
Purchases or donations related to Play Aethro, if offered, may be subject to separate checkout terms. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, virtual items, perks, ranks, cosmetics, or access benefits do not create ownership rights in the underlying service.
10Aethro Online
Aethro Online may include game services, account systems, text-based or online gameplay, community tools, Discord integrations, support systems, billing systems, testing environments, early access features, and related services.
Aethro Online may change during development. Features, characters, content, access, balance, availability, accounts, progress, and data may be modified, reset, limited, or removed as part of testing, operations, abuse prevention, or development needs.
You agree not to exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, attack the service, abuse staff tools, manipulate game systems, harass players, or interfere with the integrity of the service.
11User Content
“User Content” means any content you submit, upload, create, transmit, display, list, post, or provide through Aethro services, including ticket messages, form responses, transcripts, staff notes, server listings, images, usernames, descriptions, guides, comments, feedback, reports, appeals, support requests, game-related content, Discord messages, and other materials.
You retain ownership of User Content you own, but you grant Aethro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, modify for formatting, moderate, analyze, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, support, and enforce the services.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.
We may remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose User Content where necessary for operations, support, moderation, safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or enforcement.
12Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Aethro services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or legal obligation;
- Violate Discord, Stripe, Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, social platform, hosting provider, or other third-party terms;
- Harass, threaten, exploit, blackmail, defame, abuse, stalk, or target any person or group;
- Collect, publish, sell, expose, or misuse personal information without authorization;
- Transmit malware, phishing links, scams, spam, deceptive content, or harmful code;
- Impersonate Aethro, Discord, staff, another user, a business, a server owner, or any third party;
- Interfere with, overload, attack, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, or disrupt Aethro systems;
- Bypass feature limits, payment requirements, entitlement checks, access controls, security systems, or moderation systems;
- Use tickets, listings, forms, relays, transcripts, or dashboards for unlawful surveillance, doxxing, extortion, exploitation, or other harmful conduct;
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or unlawful listings, claims, reports, appeals, or tickets.
13Moderation and Enforcement
We may investigate, moderate, restrict, remove, disable, downgrade, suspend, ban, or terminate users, accounts, servers, listings, tickets, bots, communities, subscriptions, features, or access if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, service rules, platform rules, law, safety expectations, payment obligations, or operational requirements.
We may also take action to prevent abuse, fraud, spam, botting, vote manipulation, harassment, platform manipulation, exploit use, service disruption, chargeback abuse, or harm to users, Aethro, Discord, or third parties.
We are not required to provide warnings, appeals, refunds, backups, or continued access unless required by law or expressly stated by Aethro.
14Payments, Subscriptions, and Paid Features
Some Aethro services may offer paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, premium access, lifetime access, server upgrades, feature unlocks, promotional access, or other paid offerings.
Paid features may be purchased through Discord Premium Apps, Stripe, or another supported payment method. Prices, features, limits, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation methods will be shown at checkout or in the relevant dashboard when available.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription price, applicable taxes, and disclosed charges for each billing period.
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions renew yearly. Annual subscriptions may include a discount compared to monthly billing.
15Trials, Promotions, and Discounts
We may offer free trials, promotional discounts, coupon codes, launch offers, seasonal sales, manual grants, lifetime grants, or other promotional access at our discretion.
Promotions may be limited by plan, billing period, payment method, server, user, redemption count, start date, end date, source, or other conditions.
If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the checkout or offer page will identify the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method. You are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
We may modify, revoke, refuse, or correct promotions where necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, mistakes, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.
16Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the platform where you purchased it.
- If you subscribed through Discord, cancellation is handled through Discord’s subscription and Premium App controls.
- If you subscribed through Stripe or an Aethro web dashboard, cancellation is handled through the billing portal or cancellation flow we provide.
- If your access was manually granted, you may contact Aethro support for assistance.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or expressly stated by Aethro.
After cancellation, premium access may remain active until the end of the current billing period unless the subscription is refunded, revoked, canceled for abuse, or otherwise terminated.
17Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
We may, at our discretion, issue refunds, credits, or extensions for billing mistakes, duplicate charges, major service issues, or other circumstances we determine appropriate.
Refund requests for Discord purchases may need to be handled through Discord. Refund requests for Stripe purchases may be handled through Aethro, Stripe, or the applicable billing portal depending on the payment flow.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, or abusive refund behavior may result in suspension, downgrade, or termination of access.
18Automatic Renewals
If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We will make reasonable efforts to clearly disclose automatic renewal terms before purchase, including the recurring price, billing period, renewal nature of the subscription, and cancellation method.
Where required by applicable law, including California automatic renewal laws, we will provide required renewal disclosures, acknowledgments, cancellation options, and notices.
If any subscription disclosure, renewal notice, cancellation method, or billing term is inconsistent with applicable law, the legally required term will apply to the extent required.
20Ticket Data, Transcripts, Logs, and Records
Aethro services may store operational data, including Discord user IDs, Discord guild IDs, Minecraft server information, server listings, ticket form responses, staff actions, messages, timestamps, ticket status, transcripts, feedback, ratings, dashboard actions, moderation actions, billing states, entitlement records, logs, and related metadata.
Ticket transcripts may be made available to the ticket opener, authorized server staff, department staff, server administrators, and Aethro platform administrators where necessary for support, moderation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, system operation, or enforcement.
Internal staff notes are intended for authorized staff and administrators. User-facing transcript pages should not expose internal staff-only notes unless an authorized administrator intentionally makes them available.
You must not use Aethro services to request or store unnecessary sensitive information, including passwords, full payment card numbers, government identification numbers, Social Security numbers, private medical records, or other highly sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
21Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You should review the Privacy Policy before using the services.
Aethro services may collect information from Discord, websites, dashboards, forms, support tickets, game systems, payment providers, server listings, and other interactions. The exact information collected depends on the service used.
If you operate a Discord server, game server, listing, community, or staff team using Aethro services, you are responsible for making any privacy disclosures required for your own users and community.
California and other jurisdictions may require privacy disclosures for commercial websites and online services that collect personally identifiable information. Aethro will maintain a Privacy Policy intended to describe our practices.
22Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Aethro services and data. However, no service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for configuring permissions carefully, limiting staff access, protecting accounts, using strong authentication where available, and promptly removing staff who should no longer have access.
You must promptly report suspected security issues, unauthorized access, abuse, or vulnerabilities to support@aethro.net.
23Intellectual Property
Aethro services, software, code, bots, dashboards, designs, documentation, names, logos, branding, visual styles, game systems, platform structures, and related materials are owned by Aethro or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, clone, or create derivative works based on Aethro services except as expressly allowed by these Terms or by written permission from Aethro.
You may use Aethro services for their intended purposes while your access remains active and permitted.
24Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, screenshots, test results, or other feedback, you grant Aethro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that feedback to improve, develop, market, operate, and support Aethro services without compensation to you.
25Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Aethro services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, permanent data retention, continuous Discord API access, continuous hosting availability, or permanent availability of any feature.
Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, attacks, abuse prevention, hosting issues, Discord issues, payment provider issues, legal requirements, security events, or other causes.
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any service, feature, plan, integration, game system, listing feature, bot capability, or dashboard at any time.
26Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, downgrade, disable, ban, or terminate access to any Aethro service for any user, Discord server, Minecraft server, listing, account, subscription, bot install, dashboard, or community if we believe:
- You violated these Terms;
- You violated service rules, Discord rules, payment processor rules, or applicable law;
- Your use creates security, legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk;
- Your payment fails, is disputed, is reversed, or appears fraudulent;
- You abuse free trials, promotions, tickets, relays, transcripts, listings, voting, dashboards, or support systems;
- Termination is necessary to protect Aethro, Discord, users, communities, or third parties.
You may stop using Aethro services at any time by removing bots, canceling subscriptions, discontinuing use, or contacting support where needed.
27Disclaimers
Aethro services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, and compatibility.
Aethro does not guarantee that services will meet your requirements, prevent moderation issues, resolve disputes, improve community behavior, preserve all data forever, prevent abuse, prevent downtime, remain compatible with Discord changes, or remain available in their current form.
28Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethro and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, server disruption, moderation disputes, account loss, or loss of access to Discord or any third-party platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethro’s total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Aethro for the applicable service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50 if you used only free services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
29Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aethro and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of Aethro services;

- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of law or third-party rights;
- Your violation of Discord, Stripe, Minecraft, or other third-party policies;
- Your billing disputes, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or promotional abuse;
- Your User Content.
30Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
31Venue and Jurisdiction
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or Aethro services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
If Aethro operates from a specific California county, the preferred venue may be the state or federal courts serving that county, unless another venue is required by law.
32Informal Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@aethro.net and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Your notice should describe the issue, the relief requested, your contact information, and any relevant account, server, listing, ticket, billing, or transaction information.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond, but informal resolution does not prevent us from taking urgent action to protect services, users, security, or legal interests.
33Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be severed and the remaining Terms will remain in effect.
34Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide notice through the website, dashboard, Discord, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Aethro services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the services and cancel any paid subscription.
