Auction House Rules

Welcome to the Auction Hall! This is the space to trade, auction, and sell items within our Minecraft server community. Please read and follow these rules to ensure smooth and fair transactions.

1. Use /trade for Secure Transactions
Trades are only guaranteed safe when using the in-game /trade command. This system protects both parties during exchanges.
Reminder: The server team will not take responsibility for trades conducted outside of /trade, unless an exploit is used.

2. No Scams or Dishonest Practices
Scamming, lying about item details, or failing to deliver items as agreed will result in penalties, including temporary or permanent bans.
Honesty is essential in building trust within our community.

3. Fair Pricing and Transparency
Be clear about what you are offering:

• Quantity

• Quality

• Enchantments (if any)

List starting prices, buyout prices, or desired trades clearly in your posts.

4. Proof of Agreements
Take screenshots of any agreements or negotiations for your records, especially if not using /trade.
These screenshots can be used to resolve disputes, though the server team’s ability to mediate is limited.

5. Exploit Reporting
If you discover an exploit while trading, report it immediately.
Exploiting trade-related features will result in severe consequences, including bans.

6. Respectful Communication
Be polite and respectful to other traders. Hostile or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

Keep posts relevant to auctions or trades. Off-topic discussions should be moved to other forum sections or private messages.

7. Auction Formats
For auctions, include clear details such as:

• Starting bid

• Minimum bid increment

• Auction end time (include your time zone)

• Item details (enchantments, rarity, durability, etc.)

8. No Spam or Duplicate Posts
Do not spam the forum with the same trade offers. Wait for a reasonable amount of time before reposting.

9. No Real-World Transactions
Trades involving real-world money, gift cards, or external currencies are strictly prohibited.

10. Enforcement of Rules
Staff members have the final say in disputes or rule enforcement.
Failure to comply with these rules can result in post removal, suspension, or banning from the Auction Hall or the server.
